Students meet with the Internship Coordinator to discuss interests and passions.  They begin an interest exploration process followed by informational interviews to businesses of interest.  Students would then arrange for a shadow day at that business, from there an internship would be established two full days per week.  Students are asked to commit to 3 months at the internship and at its completion can explore other options or stay on.
